Robert Rogers is no
stranger to the Texas Hunting scene. Born in the Brush
Country of South Texas he has authored or co-authored six books
on hunting. In 1975, he compiled the "Texas Hunters
Directory" and "Big Rack." In 1981 his
volume I of "Great Whitetails of North America"
was an Outdoor Life Book Club selection and went on to sell over
70,000 copies. In 1983, Rogers co-authored "The Legend of
the Muy Grande." In 1984 he co-authored "The
Professionals Guide to Whitetails" and in 1985, he came
out with his 2nd volume of "Great Whitetails of North
